Solid State Records is proud to once-again team up with Zao to unearth our vinyl reissue of one of the most-ferocious, prolific, terrifying metal albums of all time, “Liberate Te Ex Inferis.”
Featuring detailed new artwork from legendary Pennsylvania painter & illustrator David Rankin, who teams up with Zao for an inspired reunion.

• Exclusive new paintings, illustrations, design restorations, and packaging for this release by Dave Rankin & UnoriginalVinyl, with a retrospective commentary from Dave about “saving the Liberate artwork from itself.”

• An essay from Zao in the insert, detailing their experiences getting to work with Dave again for the first time in over 20 years.

• Newly-printed “official” lyrics insert, entirely vetted by Dan Weyandt (with a little bit of acknowledged “Autopsy” lyrical-deciphering help from the fans ;-)

• Fully-restored vector logos, fonts and elements of the artwork from the original CD release have also been incorporated back into this packaging which will also be used for cool, familiar-seeming, newly-printed, old school-style Zao merch.

• A UV spot coat on the front and back cover of the jacket on select portions of the artwork.
